I know what your thinking" Why did you watch the movie before the book?" Well let me tell you one thing. That was the most depressing movie I have ever seen. The tears never seemed to end throughout the movie as the plot line jumped from one tragity to another. If I had read that book I don't know if I could have made it through a chapter without staining the book with my many tears. There is not much more to say exept that the acting was amazing, and it thouroughly moved me.( And I mean that I am currently quiet depressed from watching this struggling family crumble.) I have never been a person who watches movies instead of reading the books but I don't think I could will myself through the book since I can barley talk about the movie without tearing up.

Now that I think about it the acting was actually really good! I don't think I stopped cry until the end.
