An ALA Notable Book

My Thoughts:  This book had a weird... writing style? It was slightly stuck in the past, and contained several references I was not familiar with. Other than that it was well written, and realistic. The book didn't seem to have a plot line. It just kind of went on with little problems, but nothing major. Overall my opinions are mixed about this, and that is why the review is so short because the book did't have an ending really it just kind of went on and on.

Overall Rating: 3/5

One word/phrase sum up: Lack of Ending

  1. Hmmmm...it does sound a bit odd. This one is our of my comfort zone. I am on a paranormal kick with a thriller or two in between. My YA are stacking up and I need to get to those soon!

  2. That does sound strange. I was hoping you'd love it, because Jacob Have I Loved is one of my favorites.
